Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno introduces BetawiISme program which is initiated by Benyamin Sueb Foundation (YBS)'s Bens Radio, OK OCE Movement Team, and Betawi Culture Institution (LKB).
This will boost creative industry
This program aims to preserve Betawi culture through One Kecamatan One Culture Betawi Center (OK OCBC).

"There will be competition for Betawi culinary and art with total prizes Rp 250 million," he stated after having press conference regarding BetawiISme program, City Hall, Thursday (5/24).
BetawiISme competition will be started through gradual selection process in five Jakarta regions and Seribu Islands Regency.
"This will boost creative industry and also preserving local wisdom of Betawi culture. Besides, we hope BetawiISme can boost our economy and open job opportunities," he explained.
He added, grand final will be held in Jakarta Fair, JIExpo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. Winners will be given regular access in tourism industry sector, such as hotel and restaurant.
"They also have a chance to perform in various Jakarta Government events, especially in welcoming ambassadors of friendly countries," he said.
